We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a return, here's everything you need to know.
Products must be unused and in new condition with all inserts, accessories, and original packaging to receive a refund.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Please include your original order number or a copy of your packing slip with your return.
Orders MUST be returned to our facility in Rockwall, TX and NOT be returned to any other address on the shipping label. Returns sent to other facilities will not be processed.
We will only refund shipping costs if the return is the result of a PartsWarehouse error, unless prior arrangements have been made with our customer service department.
If you refuse your package, there will be an additional shipping charge as UPS, FedEx, and the U.S. Post Office charge for the return of refused packages. You will be charged the cost of shipping (even if you received free shipping), plus the cost of return.
If your product is damaged by the shipping carrier, or if we have sent the wrong product or made an error on your order, please contact our customer service department and reference your order number.
