Products may be returned for a refund within 45 days of receipt. Orders MUST be returned to our facility in Rockwall, TX and NOT be returned to any other address on the shipping label. Returns sent to other facilities will NOT be processed.
Products must be unused, and in new condition with all inserts, accessories, and original packaging to receive a refund. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. All returns must state the order number or have a copy of the packing slip included with the return.

If you refuse your package, there will be an additional shipping charge as UPS, FedEx and the U.S. Post Office charge for the return of refused packages and you will be charged the cost of shipping (even if you received free shipping), plus the cost of the return shipping.
If your product is damaged by the shipping carrier, or if we have sent the wrong product or made an error on your order, please contact our customer service department as indicated above, and reference your order number.
