Thrilled with my transaction with PartsWarehouse. I first tried to order 2 parts for my Kenmore vacuum at Sears.com. One part not available and discontinued by manufacturer and the other part couldn't be delivered until April (ordering in Jan). Found PartsWarehouse, found the parts, ordered and paid. Honestly, I was a bit skeptical because the online invoice didn't offer much information about shipping. Thought I might have been 'taken.' When, if ever, would the parts arrive? Several days later I received an email saying the parts where shipped and they arrived a couple days after that. Exactly what I needed. So glad to have found PartsWarehouse.com
