Too often we don't commend people when they get it right, so I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you. I live in a remote area of Canada with no courier or mail delivery. I have to travel to my nearest post office to retrieve packages, no matter what shipping method is used. And if I don't know the status of my package, it can be a wasted trip. Or the post office has had the package for two weeks and sent it back because I didn't know to pick it up. These days I rarely order things because it's also such a gamble that what I requested is actually what is sent. You all came through for me over something small that was very important to me.
