I called the 800 number looking to replace a plastic basket on the inside door of my refrigerator. I gave the phone Rep. all the specs they asked for: appliance model, serial number, product code. Boom. They located the part, I bought it, they sent it. Easy-peasy. Product arrives. Wrong item. I called to alert them of the error & they told me to send the wrong part back (which I did) and they assisted me with identifying and purchasing the correct item. They would not pay for my return shipping of the product they advised was the correct one. Since it was not my error, i shouldn't have had to pay $18 to ship back. Yes, I emailed & called. My shipping reimbursement request was to be "reviewed." I received an email indicating the address to return the product. I sent it. Nope. Never reimbursed. If you want to trust a company to advise you to buy the product you want (or pay for your return if they make a mistake), this isn't the company for you. Go elsewhere to avoid the runaround.
